Giving & Finance at Jubilee Church Derby
Our vision is to build a large vibrant city church which gathers centrally on a Sunday and has small groups meeting across the communities of our city. We want to see many people come to faith in Jesus and grow in their relationship with him.
We also want to play our part in reaching our nation and the nations for Christ. To achieve this we rely on the faithful and generous giving of members and those who are regularly with us.
The Bible teaches us the concept of stewardship, that everything we have ultimately belongs to God and we simply look after or are stewards of what has been given to us. With this in mind we encourage those who join us regularly or are members to give regularly and generously in proportion to their own income and financial situation.

Debt Advice
If you are a regular attendee of Jubilee and are having financial difficulties, please do the following:
Firstly
Speak to your group leader, an elder or someone else you trust - don't struggle in silence.
Secondly
Both CAP and The Jubilee Project (run by Derby City Mission) offer financial advice and help with managing debt and it may be beneficial for you to make contact with one of them.
Warning
We would warn against the irresponsible use of credit cards in any situation, and giving is no exception. It is unwise to go into debt for any reason but especially where giving towards the work of the church.
